At PACT, our mission and vision aren't words on a wall — they're the promise we make to every family who joins our community. Built on a true partnership between parents, students, and staff, they shape how we teach, how we treat one another, and how we prepare each student for a life of purpose.

PACT’s Character Traits
Character isn't a single class at PACT — it's woven through everything we do. These are the qualities we intentionally teach, model, and celebrate every day:

Being a responsible member of a community.

Continuing to do something even when it is difficult while adhering to a belief or purpose.
Foundational Statements
To fulfill our mission, PACT Charter School and all Stakeholders are accountable for:
- Acknowledging parents are the primary educators of their children and that, as such, their voluntary participation in both classrooms and governance at PACT is expected and vitally important to our success as a community.
- Promoting high academic achievement for all students.
- Committing to provide opportunities for our students to interact across grade-levels to promote intergenerational learning and develop leadership.
- Demonstrating a community atmosphere of mutual respect that promotes cooperation.
- Aspiring to uphold PACT policies, procedures, and structure by working together to support those who enforce them.
