Character
PACT Character
Strong Values. Strong Students. Strong Community.
Character: The Heart of PACT
At PACT Charter School, character isn’t just a one-time lesson or a seasonal theme – it’s the foundation of our culture. It shapes how we learn, lead, communicate, and treat each other. We believe students succeed when they are grounded in strong values, and as character grows, our community develops along with them.
These values are demonstrated through real choices, meaningful conversations, and the relationships we build across our campuses. Our staff models these expectations, our students learn to embody them, and our families collaborate with us to reinforce them. Every day, we highlight and practice our nine character traits – because who students become is just as important as what they learn.

At PACT, character is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that academic excellence is inseparable from strong values—respect, citizenship, gratitude, compassion, integrity, cooperation, self-control, responsibility, and perseverance. By intentionally nurturing these traits in every student, every day, we are not just teaching lessons—we are shaping the leaders, citizens, and community members of tomorrow.
