By emphasizing high expectations, academic rigor, and continuous improvement, PACT prepares students to be innovative problem-solvers and lifelong learners. Our approach equips students with the knowledge, skills, and attributes to maximize their potential and thrive in any post-secondary experience and an ever-changing global society.
Teaching & Learning at PACT
The Teaching and Learning Department at PACT Charter School manages the school’s curriculum, assessments, and professional development. The department coordinates district testing and the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) to provide student interventions based on performance data. It facilitates curriculum reviews, provides staff training in instructional methods, and manages the mentorship program for new teachers. By leading the District Advisory Committee (DAC) and updating district policies, the department ensures school operations align with state requirements and student learning goals.

Curriculum & Instruction
PACT Charter School's curriculum and instructional strategies are intentionally designed to foster intellectual growth and equip students for future success. Data & Assessments
PACT Charter School utilizes data and assessment to drive instructional decisions and support individualized student growth. Through a systematic process of universal screening and continuous progress monitoring, the school maintains a flexible educational environment that adapts to the evolving needs of each learner. This commitment to data-informed practice ensures that academic progress is measured accurately and communicated clearly to families, fostering a collaborative partnership centered on student success.
