Come enjoy an evening of carnival games, inflatables, and family fun! The BASH is our annual K-12 event for all PACT families. Pre-order tickets for games and inflatables are $10; at the door, they are $15. All proceeds support PACT Activities. 

Beginning October 1, American Transportation will send all route delays and transportation updates through the My Ride K-12 app. This means you’ll get timely notifications for your child’s route. During the transition, you may still receive messages from both the PACT office and the bus company while we ensure everything runs smoothly. 

Please download the My Ride K-12 app and turn on alerts and location services. Check out the My Ride K-12 Setup Guide to get started. If you have questions, email transportation@pactcharter.org.

Please note: My Ride K-12 is different from the PikMyKid app used for end-of-day dismissal at the Elementary Campus. PikMyKid helps manage student pickup and keeps campus operations running smoothly.

We look forward to seeing everyone at conferences! Teachers sent sign-up information to families last week. If you didn’t receive it, please reach out to your child’s teacher to schedule a time.

Registration for Quarter 2 Community Education is now open! Check out the available classes and sign up. We offer dance, building, board games, soccer, and more. After-school care is also available at The Panther Den.

Our lost-and-found racks are overflowing! If your child has lost anything, please remind them to visit the PACT Lost and Found. Each month, unclaimed clothing is donated to the Anoka Community Mission. The next donation date is October 5.

The Elementary Campus uses Pikmykid for daily dismissal, and only half of our families are registered. If you haven’t set up your account yet, please do so to help keep dismissal smooth, safe, and on time. Registered families can quickly update schedules and enjoy faster pickup for everyone!

This year's dance clinic, "Reach for the Stars," is a space-themed event taught by the PACT Pantherettes Dance Team. Dancers will learn high-energy routines, receive a themed T-shirt, and perform for family and friends at our annual showcase. The clinic will take place October 5-8 from 3:45–5:15 p.m. in the Elementary Cafeteria and is open to students in grades K–5. 

The deadline to register is Sunday, September 27. The showcase will be held Saturday, October 10 at 11 a.m. in the Secondary Campus Gym.

Throughout the year, college, employer, and military recruiters visit PACT. Most visits occur during lunch, so students can stop by, ask questions, and learn more without pressure. To see the schedule and learn more, visit our Recruiter Visits webpage.

PACT supports the academic success of all students in extracurricular activities. To remain eligible, students must maintain a 2.0 GPA, not be failing any classes, and have fewer than 3 late assignments in any class. Special considerations are made for students with IEPs, in collaboration with their case managers, to ensure equity and support. The Activities Director conducts weekly grade checks throughout the season to monitor eligibility.

If a student becomes ineligible, they should stay involved with their team by attending practices and home games, but not participating, until they are eligible again.

Missed assignments and responsibilities: If students miss any part of the school day for activities, they are responsible for collecting, completing, and turning in all missed work. This includes homework, tests, quizzes, and projects. Assignments are due before the missed class unless the teacher says otherwise. Teachers may hold students accountable for missed work if they give enough notice.

If your student needs to leave school for a daytime appointment, please let us know in writing by 9 a.m. You can use the Infinite Campus app or email sc-attendance@pactcharter.org. Advance notice helps our office staff prepare a pass for your student.

If we don’t receive advance notice, there may be delays as we locate your student. This is especially challenging if they are outside for PE, at lunch, or at an assembly, since our front desk staff can’t leave their post.

Pickup and parking reminder: Buses line up at the office door from 2:45 to 3:15 p.m., blocking the front lane. If you’re picking up your student during this time, please park on the west side of the building to avoid getting stuck.

Learning online doesn’t mean learning alone! PACT Online students have opportunities to connect with teachers, ask questions, and get support along the way.

PACT Online families, mark your calendars: MAP testing will take place on campus Friday, September 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. All online students are invited to attend this in-person testing session, where they will be assessed in math and reading. These results give us a clear picture of each student's starting point so we can tailor instruction to their needs. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in at the front office and bring a fully charged Chromebook and a snack. Thank you for helping your student come ready to do their best! Questions?
