Dear PACT Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! I hope your summer has been filled with opportunities to create wonderful memories with those you love. As we prepare to welcome our Panthers back to school, our staff is filled with excitement and anticipation for the incredible year ahead.

Every school year offers a fresh beginning—a chance to discover new strengths, build meaningful friendships, overcome challenges, and celebrate new successes. This year, our district theme, Unleash the Pride, reminds us that every student has unique talents, gifts, and potential waiting to shine. At PACT Elementary, we will bring that vision to life through our school theme, Cultivate.

To cultivate something is to intentionally create the conditions for growth. A gardener prepares the soil, provides care and encouragement, and patiently watches each plant develop in its own unique way. That is our commitment to every child who walks through our doors. We will cultivate confident learners, compassionate leaders, curious thinkers, and resilient problem-solvers. We believe every Panther can grow, achieve, and make a positive impact, and we are honored to be part of that journey.

We are dedicated to creating joyful learning experiences where students feel safe, known, and valued. We also hold high expectations because we believe every child is capable of remarkable growth. Through thoughtful instruction, meaningful learning experiences, and responsive teaching that meets students where they are, we will challenge and support each learner as they continue to reach new heights.
Growth extends beyond academics. Throughout the year, we will intentionally cultivate the qualities that help children succeed in school and in life. By living out PACT's nine character traits, students will learn the importance of compassion, responsibility, perseverance, respect, integrity, and service to others.

Just as a garden flourishes through many caring hands, our school thrives because of our partnership with families. Thank you for the trust you place in us each day. Your encouragement at home, your involvement in school, and your partnership with our staff are invaluable.

As we begin this new year, I invite you to join us in unleashing the pride within every Panther while we cultivate a community where every student is inspired to reach their fullest potential. We look forward to a year filled with countless moments that make us proud to be Panthers.

With gratitude and excitement,
