Meet the Leaders Behind PACT Online Campus

As PACT Online Campus prepares to open its doors this fall, we're excited to introduce the two people helping guide the way: Dr. Shawn Lohse, Online Principal, and Tom Keefe, Online Coordinator.

Dr. Shawn Lohse, Online Principal
Dr. Lohse brings a diverse background in education, proven leadership skills, and an unwavering focus on fostering a high standard of learning. She has extensive experience in academics, instructional leadership, curriculum development, and school culture, and has developed leadership programs to equip students with skills for personal growth. Dr. Lohse holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Bemidji State University, an M.A. in International Business from St. Mary's University of Minnesota, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Bethel University.

Tom Keefe, Online Coordinator
Tom brings a wealth of experience in education and student leadership to his role. Since joining PACT in 2025 as Online School Coordinator and Social Studies Teacher, he has brought a genuine passion for mentorship and student growth to our community. With his background in education and leadership, and his pursuit of a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Bethel University, Tom brings expertise and a genuine dedication to fostering student belonging and academic success to his role.

Both are familiar faces within the PACT community, and they're now bringing their experience and dedication to this exciting new chapter. With their leadership, PACT Online Campus is set to offer the same personalized, high-quality education families love about PACT — now in a flexible, online format for students in grades 6–10.
