Employee of the Month: Jacob Barthel '20

PACT is pleased to present Jacob Barthel ‘20, Secondary Special Education Paraprofessional, as the December 2025 Employee of the Month. Jacob exemplifies the PACT character traits of integrity and cooperation. He can always be counted on to do the right thing and is consistently willing to help wherever the need is greatest, even when that means stepping in to cover openings at our Elementary Campus.

Jacob is a highly valued member of our special education team whose impact is felt by both students and colleagues. Please join us in congratulating Jacob, not only an amazing staff member but a proud PACT alum!

The PACT Charter School Board of Directors agrees to uphold PACT's mission to partner as parents, students, and staff to develop students of character and academic excellence. The Board provides overall direction for PACT's development and growth, evaluates the Superintendent of Schools, approves all significant educational and operational policies, and monitors compliance.
